Welcome to the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) FY2024 Application Portal

Founded in 1960 as the first state arts agency in the country, the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) is a leading source of funding for the vibrant, diverse arts and cultural sector across the state. NYSCA funding, which reaches all 62 state counties, is a valuable catalyst for the growth of New York’s creative ecosystem and a driver of community-building and the health of all New Yorkers.

As a reminder, all applicants must be Prequalified in the New York State Grants Gateway portal: Get Prequalified | Grants Management (ny.gov) by the application deadline to be eligible for NYSCA funding.
